Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, driving performance against quota.
  • •Embed MEDDPICC to ensure deal qualification, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • •Build and maintain senior relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators across the territory.
  • •Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and partner functions, plus counterparts across the Cisco matrix organization.
  • •Drive expansion and account planning, partnering with Customer Success to improve renewal rates and adoption across the security and observability portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven first-line sales leadership experience (or a strong individual contributor ready to step into people management), ideally in enterprise software, security, or observability.
  • •Experience selling to Public Sector and Federal Government.
  • •Solid understanding of the security and observability marketplaces, including buyer priorities and competitive dynamics.
  • •Track record of growing and expanding customer relationships, with a focus on product adoption and customer success.
  • •Strong working knowledge of MEDDPICC (or an equivalent sales methodology) and the ability to embed it in team execution.
