Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Money Flows domain/subdomain and define the 0–6 month technical roadmap.
  • •Ensure architectural consistency and take accountability for reliability, availability, and security.
  • •Drive delivery through sprint planning, project health monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response.
  • •Partner with Product as the primary liaison to align goals and strategy, and escalate blockers or risks.
  • •Lead and stabilize the engineering team: coaching, performance reviews, culture, and talent acquisition; manage team KPIs and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role supporting engineers.
  • •Experience specifically within the payments industry is highly preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of software development methodologies, agile processes, and industry best practices.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
