Job Summary

Operate a DOT-regulated truck as part of a team, following company safety procedures and dispatch instructions. Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with required documentation, monitor vehicle gauges, and load/unload materials (including by hand or shovel as needed). Ensure product quality, complete minor servicing and maintenance, and maintain a clean, orderly truck. Work safely alongside co-workers, adhere to OSHA/MSHA requirements, and assist in training others when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and the environment.
•Complete daily pre/post trip inspections with appropriate documentation per DOT guidelines and company policy.
•Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions while monitoring vehicle gauges during operation.
•Load and unload equipment or materials, ensuring product quality to the best of the driver’s ability.
•Perform minor servicing/maintenance, keep the truck clean, and assist with general labor and training as needed.

Key Requirements

•Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
•Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.
•Provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
•Maintain a current CDL (Class A and/or B) and a driver’s license meeting state requirements, with an MVR meeting company standards.
•Be at least 18 years old and be willing to travel, work nights/weekends, and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
