Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with origination and execution of bespoke lending solutions supporting private equity investments and acquisitions.
  • •Act as an ambassador for HSBC in the European M&A market and participate in relevant transactions.
  • •Support negotiations, pitches, and discussions with sponsors, M&A advisers, clients, and prospective clients.
  • •Structure and deliver robust credit facilities, identifying and mitigating key risks while meeting client needs.
