Key Responsibilities

  • •Set international compensation strategy and governance, defining standards, decision rights, and exception paths for markets outside the United States.
  • •Architect job architecture and pay across international markets, including maintaining job evaluation consistency and designing locally credible pay structures and range refresh cadences.
  • •Lead international compensation programs, owning the annual agenda for base pay, merit/promotion, and broad-based bonus programs, including budgets, controls, calibration, and communications.
  • •Advance pay equity and transparency by building gender-neutral pay practices, running pay-equity analytics, and translating EU pay transparency requirements and statutory inputs.
  • •Model tradeoffs and modernization approaches using governed AI and analytics for pricing, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and acquisition/transition compensation workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience, including leadership of complex programs and high-performing teams across multiple markets outside the United States.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, geographic pay, incentive cycles, and program governance.
  • •Experience navigating materially different labor markets, currencies, employment frameworks, and employee-representation environments across Europe and other international regions.
  • •Experience with objective job evaluation, pay-equity analytics and remediation planning, pay-transparency readiness, and statutory gender-pay-gap reporting.
  • •Strong command of compensation data, advanced analytics, scenario modeling/visualization, HR systems, and privacy-aware controls for international decision support.
