Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior experience in an HR Analytics role or a masters degree in an applicable field plus 1 year experience.
  • •Proficient in SQL and experience transforming data in a database (Snowflake experience a plus).
  • •Proficient in at least one language for data analysis, preferably Python.
  • •Experience building dashboards using Looker (or Tableau/Power BI).
  • •Experience building reports within an HR system such as Workday or Greenhouse, with strong attention to detail for sensitive data.
