Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exemplary customer service by answering inquiries to resolve guest concerns and determine effective resolutions.
•Adapt to customer needs and take appropriate action to meet and exceed guest expectations.
•Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
•Solicit sales of new or additional services or products and assist with VIP-area questions and issues.
•Maintain venue cleanliness and organization, support recycling efforts, and help guide guests (including during emergencies).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 2 years in customer service and communications.
•Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Must be 18 years or older; able to constantly walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+.
