Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including succession planning and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff and ensure progression path training and certification.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts to meet quality, production, and cost objectives while ensuring health and safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with accountability and coaching.
  • •Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must also meet physical and safety requirements for the role.
