Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the enterprise Learning Excellence team by implementing learning architecture standards, guidelines, and processes across Nationwide.
  • •Govern and oversee learning vendors, contractors, and suppliers, scanning the external environment for new learning innovations and technologies.
  • •Direct the application of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Gen AI/agentic workflows) to simplify experiences and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Capture, analyze, and report learning metrics, translating impact data into executive-level narratives and data visualizations to support decision-making.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop a team of digital learning experience designers, hiring and completing leader administrative functions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in HR, business consulting, organizational development and/or learning and development, including 5+ years leading teams in a large complex environment.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated experience in learning analysis, solution design and development, using multiple learning solution techniques and methodologies.
  • •Experience designing, deploying, and governing AI-enabled and automated learning solutions (including generative AI authoring and agentic workflows) in a large enterprise environment.
  • •Experience leading enterprise required learning programs with regulatory, compliance, and multi-country deployment complexity.
  • •Background in human-centered experience design, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and iterative design processes.
