Employee Experience & Inclusion Manager

Design and deliver an end-to-end employee experience that strengthens culture, belonging, and engagement. Partner with People and cross-functional teams to audit and improve the full employee lifecycle, lead onboarding, and drive Employee Resource Group strategy. Use qualitative and quantitative insights (including NPS, turnover, and engagement scores) to build inclusive programs, recognition tools, and feedback loops across both physical and remote locations while aligning with employer-brand communications.
