Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist herd technicians with routine animal care and general farm tasks to ensure animal welfare.
  • •Feed, water, vaccinate, and perform general animal husbandry tasks including basic veterinary procedures.
  • •Sanitize and wash multiple farm areas using high pressure equipment and maintain cleanliness (barn, office, laundry).
  • •Process piglets, including injecting medications, castrating, docking tails, and ear notching.
  • •Maintain accurate production information and update department records while complying with animal welfare, environmental, safety, and biosecurity procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.75 hourly
