Job Summary

Partner with Customer Service and Customer Advocacy leaders to build and execute people plans for ~1,400 stakeholders in a high-growth, 24/7 environment. Create people strategy with metrics and OKRs across performance management, succession, org design, engagement, and workforce planning. Collaborate with recruiting, talent development, and HR Centers of Expertise on initiatives including DEI, engagement surveys, employee relations, and organisational change—based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted people partner to senior leads and their teams, co-creating people plans that address talent needs.
•Create and drive people strategy with metrics and OKRs, covering performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, engagement and communications, skills gaps, and workforce planning.
•Partner with recruitment, talent development, and training to prioritise, plan, and forecast roles for future growth.
•Own talent planning, succession, and assessment processes, ensuring high-quality execution of agreed plans.
•Drive organisational development and change/engagement, including employee communications, leadership capability building, DEI strategy, engagement survey rollout, and advice on complex employee relations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,325,000 - 7,800,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Senior people partnership experience in a high-growth environment, working closely with scaling global teams and handling ambiguity.
•Strong data-driven approach to talent management, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to translate insights into decisions.
•Experience delivering organisational transformation (e.g., restructures, engagement programs) from conception through completion, including change enablement in customer-facing environments.
•Expertise across employee relations and mediation, able to coach and advise managers and guide conflict resolution.
•Project management and solutions focus, with the ability to drive initiatives with measurable impact (e.g., succession, skills gaps, salary benchmarking).
