Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the facilities management service provider and facilities engineering/management activities to deliver contracted services and meet KPI/SLA targets.
  • •Manage facilities contracts and contractors, including review processes for electromechanical and site services such as HVAC, electrical, gas, security, waste management, cleaning, and related systems.
  • •Lead and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies, identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization, and ensure successful implementation.
  • •Research building systems and recommend energy improvements, modernization, equipment replacement, and upgrades; support budgets and plans while liaising with line management and FLM partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in an engineering role in the telecom industry.
  • •Excellent knowledge of electrical works execution and implementation for infrastructure supporting telecommunications networks.
  • •Good knowledge of UAE No Objection Certification (NOC) rules, regulations, and requirements.
  • •Proficiency with Office tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Office, Excel) and knowledge of site surveying instruments using GPS technology.
