Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, and logistics for aircraft parts and services.
  • •Provide information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow-up to meet customer needs.
  • •Engage in basic relationship-building with customers to encourage confidence and help grow the business.
  • •Support Sales and Finance debt account reconciliation efforts and respond to technical inquiries using technical documentation and engineering collaboration.
  • •Perform other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience in the aviation industry or military support environment is highly desirable.
  • •PC literacy including intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Suite; basic SAP knowledge is preferred.
