Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate equipment with strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness, maintaining a well-kept truck and trailer.
•Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation while following all company and federal safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.2 - 44.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience.
•No preventable safety incidents in the past 2 years and a clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years.
•Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements and maintain accurate DOT logs and documentation.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and operate a 10-speed transmission; willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.
