Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own and facilitate high-stakes enterprise learning experiences for complex, cross-functional audiences.
  • •Adapt and deliver enterprise learning content by translating what you see into insight that strengthens learning products, standards, and practices.
  • •Identify facilitation and program issues in ambiguity, then resolve them end to end by adapting content or strengthening how a program is run.
  • •Diagnose gaps and recommend and deliver solutions within your facilitation and program scope.
  • •Coach and mentor facilitators through observation, feedback, and calibration efforts to raise team quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,900 - 124,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3+ years of facilitation experience.
  • •Ability to engage complex, cross-functional, or high-stakes audiences with exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
  • •Operate autonomously in ambiguous situations using sound judgment to identify problems independently and drive them to resolution.
