Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and empower a dedicated team of risk and control specialists, driving engagement and execution excellence.
  • •Foster proactive risk awareness and help ensure the business remains continuously audit-ready.
  • •Partner across multiple organizations (1st/2nd lines of defense, Network Risk, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, Regulatory Relations) to navigate program changes.
  • •Support development and implementation of risk assessment strategies to identify operational vulnerabilities and prioritize automated control solutions.
  • •Establish governance routines and risk reporting; author and refine risk governance documents, standards, procedures, tools, and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience supporting and partnering with internal business clients.
  • •At least 2 years of Compliance, Audit, or first and second line Risk Management experience.
