  • •Supervise employees in production and/or operation functions such as assembly, inspection, test, and final test.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Support performance metrics and milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and related operational metrics.
  • •Oversee employee safety and ensure training and compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • •Manage performance management, including goal setting, development plans, coaching, and employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes.
