Dividend -Skip Tracing Specialist

Serve as a dedicated skip tracing specialist handling priority delinquent accounts. Use approved skip tracing tools and outreach (calls, emails, and texts) to locate and contact customers, resolve delinquency, and reduce losses, while supporting customers with financial hardship options. Manage inbound communications related to delinquency, hardship, complaints, and loan assumptions, coordinate with third-party servicers, document account notes, and follow state and federal collection regulations.
