Job Summary

Manage and monitor a renewable energy (solar) loan portfolio, including reviewing and presenting a monthly Solar Credit Portfolio dashboard and supporting executive reporting. Make independent decisions on loan draw requests, validate production and collateral data, and ensure covenant compliance. Process construction draws and track post-closing deliverables (including legal documentation), while supporting the Credit Excellence process and maintaining accurate KPI/KRI portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Solar Credit Portfolio dashboard review/update process and validate loan production and collateral information.
•Present the Solar Credit Portfolio dashboard to Executive Management quarterly.
•Approve and process construction draws, including monitoring construction timelines and related phase conversions in AFS.
•Track post-closing deliverables and clear legal/documentation items.
•Interpret solar production data for covenant compliance, issue letters of credit, and monitor portfolio activity such as delinquent payments and overdrafts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,100 - 145,900 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of commercial banking experience in renewable energy asset management, commercial banking, and/or construction monitoring.
•Experience managing a commercial client portfolio.
•Proficiency with large sets of portfolio data and performing KPI/KRI analysis for senior management review.
•General understanding of commercial credit functions and functional knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures.
•Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
