Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct leadership for an organization of subordinate managers and individual contributors coordinating programs to drive engineering development and product/service implementation.
  • •Develop and execute deployment plans, schedules, and ensure SKU/BOM readiness for timely product launches while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • •Lead regulatory readiness by region and manage transition planning and complexity for Advance Computing Solutions.
  • •Own cross-org program status, escalate issues, and guide strategic decision-making with marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives.
  • •Manage people-care for direct reports (hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development) and lead relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.

Key Requirements
