Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owner Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management deliverables for large scale capital programs and prepare schedule basis documents for approval.
  • •Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations as a trusted advisor.
  • •Conduct schedule of resource loading/leveling, consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, and assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM methodology, monitor schedule deviations/variances, and produce periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of applicable experience in construction project controls/scheduling.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 for scheduling and integrated master schedules.
  • •Experience within data center construction is preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment.
