Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and foundational platforms.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including training and LLM inference capabilities.
  • •Build capabilities for similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage open-source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch).
  • •Invent and apply LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for production systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or Master's plus 2+ years.
  • •4+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience developing and deploying AI systems and components (e.g., LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation).
  • •Ability to stay current with AI research and apply novel techniques in production.
  • •Strong engineering and mathematics foundation with expertise spanning hardware, software, and AI.
