Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with stakeholders to deliver report solutions and anticipate reporting needs.
  • •Perform Workday reporting change requests related to business process flow and security based on requirements.
  • •Respond to ad hoc HR data requests by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from multiple sources.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to HR and financial data.
  • •Train and guide junior report writers and data stewards on Workday reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Intermediate to advanced experience developing complex Workday for HR reports (advanced report, discovery boards, composite reports, trending reports, calculated fields).
  • •Strong understanding of data needs for analysis and business management.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify problems in data records through analysis.
  • •Experience with Prism Analytics or Core HCM.
  • •3 to 5 years of work experience in any area of HR.
