Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for the entire project and ensure requirements are met system-wide.
  • •Analyze the project, identify and rectify errors, and develop detailed design structures from requirements.
  • •Implement best practices and coding standards; develop core system/integration components.
  • •Conduct testing and integration testing for the entire system and report weekly task status.
  • •Identify project risks with the SM at the project level and ensure team compliance via FIR-Process checks; support productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools.
  • •Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting in a banking environment.
  • •Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM.
  • •Hands-on experience with IBM BPM BPDs (Process Designer) and the Coach framework.
  • •Experience developing components with J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST web services and basic SQL skills.
