Job Summary

Manage and coordinate A330 MRTT maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) for the French Air Force fleet at the Istres client site, including supervision of performance and maintenance certification. Oversee mechanics and subcontractor personnel, prepare and manage maintenance offers, coordinate work in advance, track targets for cost/quality and planning, manage risks, finalize documentation, and act as a key client focal point during maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the performance and certification of planned and unplanned MRTT maintenance in a customer service environment.
•Manage and coordinate maintenance offers and anticipate maintenance work planning.
•Ensure target costs are met at the required quality level and maintain/review the schedule, including catch-up plans and rescheduling if needed.
•Handle client relationship on site (schedule status, O&A, and other questions).
•Manage maintenance risks and finalize documentation in line with company and client procedures; act as main focal point/responsible ADS during maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Training in aircraft maintenance.
•EASA category C license habilitated for the A330.
•5 to 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance work.
•Fluency in French.
•Advanced English, with availability to work across multiple sites (Istres and Nîmes).
