Provide primary service and maintenance for HVAC systems for customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC equipment on-site, coordinating with team leaders/project managers and customer contacts to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work. Diagnose and repair units using blueprints/specifications and tools, while maintaining safety standards and accountability for company assets, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Must be able to perform on-site service and repairs in a commercial environment.
