Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Must be able to perform on-site service and repairs in a commercial environment.
