Job Summary

•Act as a growth multiplier, raise the ceiling of what the team believes is possible and develop the next generation of leaders.
•Build, manage, and continuously grow a world-class professional services team with the right talent and organizational structure.
•Bring a sales mindset to delivery leadership by actively hunting for new opportunities and opening doors with persistence and creativity.
•Oversee delivery of Salesforce implementations across multiple engagement models, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization.
•Lead culture of innovation, drive thought leadership, and foster collaboration across distributed teams to maximize value for clients.

Key Requirements

•18+ years of consulting or professional services experience delivering software-based solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support
•Deep Salesforce delivery expertise with a growth mindset and executive presence
•Experience building and scaling a professional services practice, including pre-sales, architectural design, and demand planning
•Proven ability to sell solutions at the C-level and achieve revenue targets with forecasting
•Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and different professional services engagement models
