Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver Microsoft Purview technology project implementations across multiple countries using a regional delivery model.
  • •Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment on scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long-term client relationships.
  • •Apply Microsoft Purview technical expertise to guide delivery teams, contribute to architecture/integration discussions, and drive solution decisions.
  • •Manage end-to-end commercially sensitive fixed-price projects, including governance for scope/change, planning/scheduling, financial tracking/cost control, risk mitigation, and delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of total working experience.
  • •Experience delivering Microsoft Purview project implementations, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • •Familiarity with Azure Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of contract terms and the ability to manage customer expectations and escalations.
  • •Mandatory experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with governance across scope, planning, financial control, risk, and delivery execution.
