Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a franchised dealership environment.
  • •Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across multiple vehicle systems (electrical, engine, drivetrain, suspension, brakes).
  • •ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred; willingness to pursue additional training and certifications.
  • •Proficiency using diagnostic equipment, repair software, and dealership service systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to complete pre-employment background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
