Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced client service for routine maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales functions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines.
  • •Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand, and retain relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and by acting upon or referring complex client needs or financial goals to internal specialists.
  • •Participate in established retail community bank leadership routines and complete ongoing sales, service, and product knowledge training.
