Key Responsibilities

•Lead modernization of infrastructure, release philosophy, and CI/CD ecosystem; serve as the bridge between development, security, and release management to ensure fast, secure pipelines.
•Architect the Future by moving beyond basic automation to self-healing infrastructure, internal developer platforms (IDP), and advanced GitOps workflows.
•Apply a data-driven approach to manage complex release cycles and infrastructure projects with precise execution.
•Identify architectural bottlenecks and implement solutions; audit current state and propose a 90-day transformation plan within the first month.
•Mentor the India-based team to shift from a support mindset to an engineering-first mindset, fostering ownership and innovation.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience leading large-scale migrations (e.g., monolith to microservices, on-prem to cloud) and hands-on CI/CD deployment experience
•Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and CloudFormation and integrated security guardrails
•Deep experience managing cloud/hybrid environments, including identity, networking, and secure service configurations
•Hands-on experience with Secrets Management (Vault) and Observability (logging, monitoring, incident response)
•Proven track record migrating legacy pipelines to modern DevSecOps models and strong GitHub Enterprise/GitHub Actions capabilities
