Region Relationship Banker 2

Assist the Region Banking Centers in achieving sales, service, and operational goals while supporting multiple banking centers across the region. Handle customer financial transactions per bank rules and regulations, and conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products, deepen relationships, and generate leads. Support segmentation initiatives, meet sales/service/operations targets, and help maintain compliance. Coach and supervise fellow relationship bankers and partner with business lines to drive growth and profitability.
