Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
•Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle to meet business needs.
•Develop a holistic understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
•Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiating new projects and optimizing processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
•Conduct complex data analysis and share market intelligence to support business growth, while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience using research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive internet-industry candidates.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data to support business decisions.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
•Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different offices.
•At least 2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting).
