Job Summary

Serve as a pre-sales technical expert for LogicGate’s AI GRC Risk Cloud. Lead discovery with prospects, run product demonstrations, facilitate client workshops, and configure tailored no-code demos and proof-of-concept projects. Build trusted relationships with Account Executives and prospects, educate via webinars and content support, and feed product insights back to the team while collaborating with Customer Success for smooth post-sale transitions.

•Conduct highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers and LogicGate Account Executives.
•Lead client workshops to gather data and process details, uncover challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
•Listen to prospect pain points and connect needs to LogicGate solution features.
•Configure LogicGate’s no-code platform for customized demonstrations and proof of concept projects.
•Provide feedback to the Product team to identify potential features and collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management for post-sale transition.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in GRC, Cyber Risk, or adjacent fields as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
•Strong curiosity about customer problems and the ability to communicate how LogicGate adds value.
•Desire to work in a team focused on winning new business and expanding customer accounts.
