Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain the quality management system per IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 9001 across three facilities.
•Ensure QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained, including promotion and awareness throughout the organization.
•Plan and direct quality standards, processes, and work instructions; manage document control for critical QMS documents.
•Meet customer needs with corrective actions, including 8D-based responses, in a timely manner.
•Recognize and perform FMEA/SPC and root-cause problem solving for customer problems/complaints, plant issues, and rejected lots/parts.

Salary: USD 95,600 - 153,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality/Reliability) with Six Sigma Certification.
•3+ years of quality management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
•Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (willingness to obtain during employment).
•Experience with APQP, 8D, Six Sigma, and corrective action tools.
•Experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS/IATF 16949 standards.
