Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary administrative contact for commercial clients, coordinating vehicle assignments, sale scheduling, and special instructions.
  • •Verify and process vehicle documentation (titles, condition reports, invoices, repossession packets, floorplan information) and ensure auction-system data accuracy.
  • •Maintain positive client relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive service.
  • •Prepare commercial sale lists, vehicle run order, and lane assignments; support bidder check-in and block support; complete post-sale reconciliation.
  • •Distribute weekly/monthly reports, monitor inventory movement and pending action items, and research discrepancies with internal teams.

  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for timely client service and issue resolution.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
