Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee strategic planning to ensure timely project delivery.
  • •Manage project performance across time, cost, HSE, and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate design and manufacturing activities with suppliers and contractors.
  • •Supervise and assign duties to site managers/supervisors/technicians for installation and commissioning.
  • •Prepare estimates and generate progress reports, including planned value, invoice projection, and cash flow projection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • •PMI - PMP certification preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience managing MEP projects in the UAE or other GCC countries.
  • •Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and applicable authority regulations.
