Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions with responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered to time and cost targets and appropriate quality standards while meeting client objectives.
  • •Establish overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters) and set up governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Develop detailed project plans, manage change control, and monitor/advice on project finances including client invoicing.
  • •Interface with clients and other consultants across all project stages and produce formal progress and other reports; capture knowledge in internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years project management experience, preferably in a data center or similar technical environment.
  • •Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams for medium-sized construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction, plus strong written and spoken English for reporting and bid writing.
