Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee data documentation, including logistics arrangements and maintenance of p-file and digital filing
  • •Collaborate with People Ops experts to provide administrative support to different countries in Asia
  • •Handle ad-hoc assignments such as film/edit videos, coordinate team activities, and support projects
  • •Interact with internal customers to answer questions
  • •Establish guidelines for internal customers

Key Requirements

  • •Able to work at least 24 hours per week, preferably 3-4 days per week
  • •Able to complete a 1–1.5 year internship (internship will be interviewed first)
  • •Good command of English
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Optimistic and open-minded with routine operational work
