Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead material planning activities for new program launches and engineering changes, aligning parts, timelines, suppliers, and system updates ahead of production implementation.
  • •Coordinate decisions and communication across supply chain, NPI, PLM, GSM, planning, operations, finance, packaging engineering, manufacturing engineering, program management, sales, service, and supplier teams.
  • •Own implementation and validation of SAP BOM effectivity dates, runout analysis, and material data updates to support accurate production readiness.
  • •Guide Launch Material Planners and the Material Master team to track upcoming changes, resolve gaps, and maintain accountability across launch and change processes.
  • •Identify launch risks and implementation delays, drive escalation resolution, and provide accurate launch readiness status and decision-ready updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Five years of experience in logistics, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing program execution in automotive or complex manufacturing environments.
  • •Two years of experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Experience supporting new program launches, engineering changes, material readiness, and SAP/BOM updates or MRP/ERP workflows.
  • •English proficiency sufficient to perform the essential duties, including understanding work instructions and job-related communications.
