Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with government entities and strategic partners. Drive strong client engagement to improve customer satisfaction and retention, oversee accounts and deposit inflows, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across banking products, digital solutions, and cards. Set targets, monitor KPIs, coach team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and acquisition/expansion teams to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee development and execution of strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with existing government clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
•Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying value-add opportunities.
•Lead a team of account relationship managers managing a client portfolio, conducting meetings and account reviews to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
•Ensure the bank is the main banker for government entities across banking operations/products and support increased float balances.
•Set performance targets and monitor KPIs, providing coaching, evaluations, and feedback while contributing to strategic plan KPI achievement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
•At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management or account management in banking/financial services, with a proven track record.
•Excellent leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Strategic and analytical mindset to develop strategies aligned with organizational objectives and make data-driven decisions.
