Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Deal Desk leadership in exploring and developing AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows.
  • •Facilitate automation of internal tooling by conducting functional testing, managing bug remediation, and supervising system results.
  • •Troubleshoot bugs, maintain documentation, and execute roadmap elements for deal model support, including troubleshooting and system upkeep.
  • •Manage renewals reporting and support pricing and discounting insights, including operationalizing the Global Discount Catalog strategy program.
  • •Maintain and update dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottlenecks, and discount trends; create and manage Deal Playbooks for global sales teams; partner with Product and finance for cost data hygiene and with SFDC/CPQ teams for enhancements integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or an analytical GTM/deal desk role; or 5 years of relevant analytical experience if no degree.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with strong understanding of core financial concepts and ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including building intermediate financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
  • •Experience with online sales/document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.
  • •Capability to use data-driven, financially sound approaches to support deal desk operations and reporting.
