Job Summary

Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. Own end-to-end customer and internal workflows across onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Translate ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic, then monitor, debug, and improve post-release while collaborating across mobile, backend, design, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and operate at scale; monitor, debug, learn, and improve post-release.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
