Job Summary

Senior, high-leverage operator responsible for defining and executing CoLab’s European enterprise strategy. Owns deal strategy, acceleration, and win-rate maturation for the region; builds repeatable land-and-expand motions; and influences product direction through direct customer and market insights to sustain product-market fit as we scale in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-own enterprise deal strategy for CoLab's most strategic European opportunities and develop executive-level deal plays to unblock high-value, complex deals across the regional pipeline.
•Lead workshops with executives, managers, and users to surface transformation goals and build the case for change at the pace European buyers move.
•Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, IT, and C-suite to align stakeholders so deals don’t stall when one party is unavailable.
•Develop strategic value cases and impact models quantifying engineering transformation and tying CoLab’s value to measurable business outcomes, ensuring cases withstand rigorous scrutiny.
•Create executive narratives, business cases, and deal decks translating CoLab’s value into language that resonates with European buyers.

Key Requirements

•Experience owning enterprise strategy, revenue motions, or transformation programs in European manufacturing or industrial sectors.
•Proven ability to run executive-level workshops, align cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, IT, finance, C-suite), and move deals forward in complex organizations.
•Strong commercial and operational acumen; ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes for leaders (VPs, CEOs, CFOs).
•High emotional intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating value narratives and deal decks for multi-stakeholder audiences.
