Lead and grow the EMEA network engineering team, owning planning, design, deployment, and operations of network infrastructure across data centers, backbone, internet, cloud, and OTN. Blend strategic network architecture with hands-on expertise to improve reliability, scalability, and performance at hyperscale. Manage 10+ engineers, drive cross-functional projects and standards, and provide reporting to senior leadership on network performance, risks, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10+ network engineers.
•Define and execute a network strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
•Oversee the design and deployment of network solutions across data center, backbone, internet, cloud, and OTN domains.
•Drive cross-functional projects, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
•Establish, enforce, and continuously improve network standards and best practices, and report network performance, risks, and initiatives to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•3+ years managing and leading network engineering teams in hyperscale environments.
•Hands-on expertise in large-scale network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, and public cloud technologies.
•Deep understanding of network monitoring, performance management, and security best practices.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-team collaboration.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
