Job Summary

Design and run content-driven live-streaming events for TikTok LIVE in Japan. You’ll develop event formats and mechanisms that improve viewing behavior, engagement time, and revenue conversion, then own performance metrics and post-event analysis. Lead end-to-end event planning (concept, execution, promotion) and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure quality and timing. Continuously explore new event formats to strengthen the content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Design live-streaming event formats with strong content relevance across content verticals, and build a repeatable content-driven event operations methodology.
•Develop event mechanisms that drive viewing behavior, engagement time, and revenue conversion.
•Own event performance metrics and conduct structured post-event analysis to optimize event frameworks and strategies.
•Lead end-to-end event planning from a content perspective, including concept design, execution, and promotional strategy.
•Continuously explore new live-streaming event formats and operational models to integrate content capabilities with event mechanisms.

Key Requirements

•Business-level proficiency in Japanese and Chinese or English for cross-functional communication.
•Strong understanding of live-streaming content and event mechanics, with planning skills and full-cycle event project experience delivering measurable viewing and revenue results.
•Experience executing online user campaigns and analyzing results using BI tools and/or SQL.
•Innovative, iterative, data-driven mindset for performance optimization.
•Preferred: experience in entertainment, online gaming, advertising, or media industries.
