Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build large-scale, multi-region infrastructure platforms and automation systems to improve developer experience.
  • •Drive technical strategy and roadmap for the core engineering platform’s evolution and modernization aligned to business priorities.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts, evaluate emerging technologies, and run platform research to keep capabilities current.
  • •Analyze complex large-scale systems to identify root causes of instability, performance bottlenecks, or technical debt.
  • •Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to peers, partner teams, and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on Java and AWS proficiency.
  • •Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including APIs (Metadata, Tooling, REST), Flows, and the security model (Profiles, Permission Sets).
  • •Track record architecting and implementing large-scale distributed systems serving thousands of users.
  • •Deep AWS cloud experience covering networking, security, and serverless services.
  • •Hands-on containerization and orchestration expertise (Kubernetes, service mesh) plus Infrastructure as Code at scale and CI/CD architecture knowledge.
