Key Responsibilities

  • •Own developer productivity, engineering velocity, and the internal developer platform (tooling, CI/CD, and workflows) for AIG’s software organization.
  • •Manage developer workloads and productivity against GPU capacity, integrating CI/CD, testing, and utilization into engineering workflows.
  • •Define and measure non-punitive productivity and utilization metrics that drive real efficiency gains in GPU/compute consumption.
  • •Build and lead Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) teams deployed with customers and partners to deploy, integrate, and optimize AMD software in real workloads.
  • •Translate deployment friction and performance gaps into prioritized engineering work to close the loop between field learnings and the core roadmap.

Salary: USD 258,650 - 443,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated track record leading high-impact technical teams in high-stakes environments (e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, AI Platform, or HPC).
  • •Understand the hardware/software stack from the metal up.
  • •Deep commercial acumen (e.g., ARR, churn, margin) and ability to connect technical outcomes to business impact.
  • •Experience leading through “Sev0” customer incidents with clear executive communication and rapid root-cause resolution.
  • •BS, MS, or equivalent with direct experience.
