Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate all valuation appointments and provide a relaxed, consultative experience that explains handbag value.
  • •Conduct real-time authentication and valuation of luxury handbags using brand- and category-specific tools.
  • •Provide pre-consignment pricing support to consignors and internal sales partners.
  • •Maintain pricing trend knowledge and partner with Pricing and Authentication teams to support sell-through performance.
  • •Track sell-through performance/velocity and appointment-to-consignment conversion metrics; support store and team needs as required.
